**Your mission**

Within The Workshop, MSP is a highly private, managed services and data centre hosting facility. We offer an array of different products and services including cloud, co-location, managed security and many other ‘as a’ services. Our business is made up of diverse, highly skilled people who enable our customers and their businesses by matching the right solutions to their technology needs.

Service Delivery is the face of the MSP business to the customer. We are the primary customer contacts responsible defining and implementing work on behalf of the customer

**What you'll do**
- Capture, elaborate, maintain traceability, prioritise and communicate requirements from inception through project deliverables
- Support PM with follow up actions for team members to assist delivery and resolve blockers
- Support the mapping of dependencies and sequencing of tasks
- Work with stakeholders to clarify and document objectives and success criteria
- Build reports and tailor documentation to different audiences, ensuring effective knowledge transfer
- Maintain a technical understanding of the solution being delivered, and facilitate technical discussions with SMEs
- Facilitate discovery meetings, demos, trainings or reviews

**What you'll bring**
- BA skills:_
- Experience in a Technical Business Analysis role or similar
- Experience in functional and non-functional requirements management
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to bridge the gap between tech and non-tech stakeholders
- Used to work with tools such as MS Office Suite, PowerBI or Tableau for Reporting
- Advanced user of Jira and Confluence Atlassian tools
- Used to making decisions based on data analysis
- Ability to produce technical documentation, end-user guides, process modelling and training materials
- Proven experience/knowledge of any of these areas is a plus:_
- Data/systems migration
- Infrastructure
- Network monitoring/ protocols
- ITIL
- Agile
- Soft skills:_
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Great general technical knowledge and a willingness to learn
- Creative problem-solving mindset and can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
- Results oriented
