**FUNCTIONS**: Requirements: - Responsible for driving the business growth in the identified countries delivering budgeted Net sales and ebitda targets. - Works closely with the existing local distributors, understands local marketplace in detail (distribution channels, consumer expectations, competition profile and activity) to maximize growth with local opportunities for our brands. - Develops an annual Joint Business Plan to reach business goals and provides support to distributors to implement agreed marketing plans aligned with the global strategy / priorities of the brands (platform, key ranges, promotions plan, training). - Evaluates opportunities of new market openings when relevant within allocated region and present proposal for those underperforming markets. - Deliver accurate financial and volume forecasting for the accounts and minimizing orders outside of process timelines. - Invoice and Credit management within agreed timelines and standards. - Contribute to and work collaboratively with immediate team and cross-functional counterparts. Requirements: - Business School graduate. Minimum 3 years experience in the FMCG industry at an international level in distributor markets within EMEA. - Proven experience in working with international distributors, managing the day to day business and relationship, providing support and driving the business forward. - Must be fluent in Spanish and English. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Highly numerate with a good financial understanding including P&Ls. - Fact based decision making a must - ability to manipulate / analyze data to lead commercial arguments. - Ability to travel.
