**Funciones principales**:

- Contactar regularmente con clientes existentes y potenciales para cerrar visitas periódicas dirigidas a conocer sus necesidades (actuales y futuras) y detectar posibles operaciones de volúmen y run rate; mantener la relación comercial y recoger opiniones del cliente sobre los servicios ofrecidos.
- Negociación de acuerdos anuales con los clientes en función de condiciones de margen, precio y volumen, condiciones de periodo de pago y riesgo consensuadas con el dpto. de créditos, condiciones especiales de logística o entregas consensuadas con los dptos. de logística y transportes.
- Cumplir con los objetivos marcados por la empresa.
- Negociación con los clientes de los cargos sin solución por el fabricante o negación del cliente sin justificación.
- Negociación y seguimiento de las operaciones (detalles de la venta: entrega, precio, disponibilidad, volúmen, condiciones de pago). Una vez identificada la operación, encargarse del seguimiento de la misma con el dpto. de Product Marketing y de la comunicación al cliente de precios y condiciones. Reporte de demandas o incidencias de los clientes referentes al resto de Departamentos de la Compañía (Logística, Administración, Product Marketing ).
- Identificar y reportar la satisfacción o insatisfacción del cliente.
- Administrar el tiempo eficazmente, cumplir con las metas personales y trabajar eficazmente con los miembros de la Compañía.
- Comunicar al departamento de compras las necesidades de aprovisionamiento en función del forecast de los clientes.
- Presentar una imagen profesional en todo momento a los clientes y proveedores.
- Relación directa con los compañeros de la estructura interna con el fin de racionalizar las acciones para el seguimiento y desarrollo de los clientes.

**Requisitos imprescindibles**:

- Orientación al cliente, orientación a resultados, precisión y organización.
- Experiência en ventas de accesorios de productos informáticos y de telefonía.
- Conocimiento del sector
- Imprescindible disponibilidad para viajar
