**What are we looking for?**
For our specialized team, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager, with the possibility of working 100% remotely from Spain, to be part of the multi-year transformation program that we have embarked upon with one of our main bank clients. High English level required
- Valuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score). _
**Work location**
100% remote within Spain.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels in an organisation
- Ability to influence and challenge constructively, particularly at Head of Function level and Director level
- Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
- Able to delegate responsibility
- Able to work under own initiative, with mínimal supervision
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Advanced ITIL knowledge or experience V3/V4
- Understanding of technical principals
- Ability to co-ordinate IT Infrastructures to identify service impacting issues and relationships
- Strong relationship management
- Understand the requirements of an FCA regulated business
- Technical knowledge
- Supplier Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Service level management.
- Strong commercial Awareness
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of Risk Management
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles (Yellow/Green Belt)
- Ability to present to a number of stakeholders at a Senior level
- English level at least C1
