**¿Qué es un Agente de soporte?**
Los agentes de soporte técnico informático brindan asistencia o soporte a la empresa o a los empleados acerca de cuestiones relacionadas con el mantenimiento del sistema.
Pueden hacerlo a través de diferentes canales como llamada, correo o vía chat.

**¿Qué hace un CS Support?**
El soporte técnico es el núcleo del buen funcionamiento de los procesos de una empresa. El trabajo no se limita solo a resolver problemas; las actividades abarcan todo lo que involucra la tecnología en una empresa, como el servicio de atención al cliente y actualizaciones del saas.
- Brindar asistencia a los compañeros o a los clientes del saas
- Detectar los bugs en el sistema
- Encontrar soluciones a los fallos
- Aprender sobre nuevas aplicaciones
- Configurar perfiles y accesos para los nuevos clientes
- Mantener una relación de información fluida con el resto de departamentos
- Realizar tareas administrativas para solucionar incidencias de clientes
- Trabajar como backoffice sobre las peticiones que se generan desde el
departamento
- Atención directa a los clientes a través del teléfono, chat y correo electrónico
- Ayudar en la configuración de la plataforma para determinados clientes

- Activo en equipo. Capacidad emprendedora y de autonomía.
- Capacidad de multitarea, que pueda ajustar rápidamente su trabajo a las prioridades.

**Requisitos**:

- Persona con habilidades de comunicación, negociación, autonomía y resolución de

- Experiência en atención telefónica.
- Ciclo Formativo de grado superior.
