Our client is a German fast-growing start-up that offers a digital audit platform for their pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards across their supply chain. They are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to be responsible for the full sales cycle.

Tasks
- Over 3 years of experience in the full sales cycle, prospecting new clients and closing deals through effective collaboration with various internal and external partners
- Research and understand the needs and pain points of potential clients
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the client's requirements and business challenges
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients
- Dedicated to fostering enduring relationships with both customers and suppliers
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking all interactions and progress with potential clients

**Requirements**:

- Native level of German
- Full professional level of English
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections. (from cold calling to closing deals)
- Proactive mindset and strong ownership of responsibilities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders
- Big plus: Experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally within pharma/regulated industry
