German speaking Account Executive

Our client, a fast-growing trading platform, is looking for a German speaking Sales Account Executive to join their Cyprus-based team. You will be part of their commercial team building relationships with their clients to increase retention and client loyalty. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior German speaking salesperson to join a leading trading company on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 days working from home).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
- Upselling and promoting new services and product roll-outs
- Demonstrating platform functionalities to clients
- Analysing client feedback and industry insights to increase retention
About you:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in sales (in the finance sector would be desirable) and will have excellent people and communication skills. If you are fluent in German and English, live in Cyprus or willing to relocate there, and are keen to kickstart your career in financial sales, this could be your perfect role.
Profile:
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken), any other language would be advantageous
- Previous experience in sales, account management, business development or customer facing roles
- Target-motivated and proactive worker who can work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel would be desirable
- Knowledge of financial markets or experience in trading highly advantageous
