**Reporting Relationship: reports to the CNS GBC EUR SCE Sales Leader**

**What you will learn and contribute to**
- Take full ownership and orchestrate the business for the assigned key accounts: e.g. develop strategies, tactics, account plans and close plans.
- Drive the cases forward and orchestrates between the key Tricorn roles adhering to Nokia SELL process.
- Continuously develop a strong pipeline that supports the achievement of assigned quota(s).
- Able to develop a trusted and relevant relationship(s) with key decision makers and:
- Head of IT (OSS, Billing, ) with ability to move up and have discussions with C-suite (CIO/CTO) for Tier 1 customer
- C-suite (CIO/CTO) directly for Tier 2 customers
- Understand customer’s today’s and tomorrow’s business pain points, business challenges and KPI’s and become relevant articulating how Nokia CNS can help to meet customer’s business objectives.
- Understand the industry trends and future directions and able to articulate solutions addressing these with the customer
- Position the Nokia CNS value proposition, demonstrate business benefits, added value and Return On Investment that differentia Nokia CNS from its competitors.
- Lead and drive targeted sales campaigns and strategic initiatives
- Introduce appropriate senior Nokia (CNS) management to develop and close opportunities at the right moment in time.
- Partner with the broader Nokia teams to leverage joint solutioning and sales.
- Work selectively with alliance partners to extend our sales coverage and find new sales channels.
- Complete timely all administrative assignments comprehensively
- Represent Nokia in a professional and an ethical manner.
- Open and available for regular travel, meeting customers in Europe.

**Your skills and experience**
- 8-12 years of proven sales experience in a software company selling to the Communications industry.
- Understand the Communications software industry, with proven track record selling solutions such as Analytics, security, OSS/BSS portfolio and other related software.
- Demonstrate experience with real cases how customer business challenges have been turned into successfully closing large and complex (>1M) business opportunities.
- Show experience in building and nurturing relationships with customer’s Head of IT or C-Suite.
- Solid business and financial acumen understanding the complexities of business and customer needs.
- Demonstrate a positive and flexible ‘can do’ approach in developing, driving and closing opportunities.
- Ability to articulate the technical value proposition at high level and translate it into a business value position.
- Ability to bring various teams together and lead a sales campaign.
- Should be managing at least >3M€ annual New Business sales quota and have a proven track record to hit or exceed targets constantly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Creative ‘out of the box’ thinker.
- Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed.
