Process Consultant

**The location of the role is in Oviedo, Spain**

**About the job**

As an SAP Process Consultant, you will report to the Head of Process Center of Excellence. In this role, you will focus on analyzing, improving, and governing HR processes, especially Payroll & Time Management (technical HCM & SuccessFactors focus). As a service & support representative, you’ll be a sparring partner to our key users in the region and you will manage stakeholders from different business areas. Moreover, you will use your expert knowledge in service & support management to work on new strategies and technologies within our organization.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Leading demand & change management in the Attract to Grow (HR) area
- Evaluating support requests as a 2nd level support member to decide about changes and projects
- Presenting solutions of business analysis & functional specifications
- Giving trainings and improving knowhow of our users & key users

**About You**

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education**
- Ideally, higher education in business administration, economics, IT, or similar

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language is considered an asset

**Work Experience**
- A couple years of relevant working experience with HCM and/or SuccessFactors
- Experience with a focus on personnel/organizational administration, payroll & time management would be desirable
- Experience with recruiting & onboarding, trainings, performance & goals, as well as travel & expense management would be a considerable plus
