What we expect from you in terms of

Education

Ideally, higher education in business administration, economics, IT, or similar

Languages

English – Proficient/Fluent Any other language is considered an asset

Work Experience

A couple years of relevant working experience with HCM and/or SuccessFactors Experience with a focus on personnel/organizational administration, payroll & time management would be desirable Experience with recruiting & onboarding, trainings, performance & goals, as well as travel & expense management would be a considerable plus
