Our client is an international Fintech with revolutionary solutions for businesses in Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and Spain.
Tasks
- Prepare files for invoice approval
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide support to the back office team in reporting and interpreting contractual and financial information for a company
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
