Como responsable de Medios y proyectos Digitales tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollar iniciativas de diferente naturaleza; desde la conceptualización y optimización de campañas de medios, hasta la planificación de contenidos con objetivo de mejorar nuestro posicionamiento SEO o la generación de cuadros de mando para el correcto seguimiento de nuestros indicadores. En esta posición, clave para el departamento de Marketing, dependerás directamente del Head of Marketing y trabajarás estrechamente con el responsable de campañas, así como con múltiples departamentos del banco, por lo que es fundamental que cuentes con buenas skills comunicativas.

**Responsabilidades**
- Planificación, ejecución y optimización del plan de medios basado en datos analíticos. Con foco en alcanzar los objetivos de marca y comerciales establecidos.
- Medición y reporting de campañas para evaluar la consecución de objetivos. Generación de cuadros de mando.
- SEO: optimización de canales y generación de proyectos de contenidos para mejorar el posicionamiento en motores de búsqueda.
- Análisis de procesos y journeys para la detección de mejoras con el objetivo de optimizar los % de conversión.
- Conocimiento profundo del target de marca para poder identificar oportunidades y tendencias en la inversión de medios.
- Seguimiento del presupuesto, en coordinación directa con el Head de Marketing preparará los diferentes reportes presupuestarios para el correcto desarrollo del mismo.
**Tus cualificaciones y experiência**
- Muy resolutiva, organizado y analítico, con foco en resultados. Acostumbrado a trabajar de un modo ágil y bajo presión.
- Con experiência en compra de medios pagados (Google Ads, Paid social, compra programática, branded content, afiliación, etc ).
- Experiência en el uso de herramientas SEO.
- Al menos 8 años de experiência profesional.
- Nível alto de inglés: será de uso diaria para la relación con departamentos internacionales.
- Buena disposición al trabajo en equipo.
