Obsessed with helping companies grow and exceed their goals, NP Digital delivers on the mission of continually helping brands connect and engage with their audience.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYNP Digital is seeking an energetic, data-driven, and innovative Paid Media Manager focusing on paid media advertising to join our Paid Media team. The ideal candidate has expertly managed paid media budgets and experience is in the agency side.The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for leading media strategy, planning, monitoring performance, and reporting to clients in Spain and Italy. This person will also be expected to directly manage high-value client initiatives and provide strategic guidance for a team of Paid Media professionals.To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Madrid, Spain, and are required to be fluent in Spanish and English.ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIESThe Paid Media Manager will report to the VP Paid Media and will be responsible for driving client success within their own book of business:Develop and support end-to-end multi-channel strategy and planning to align with brand goals.Own channel measurement; tracking, monitoring, brand lift studies and optimizing performance against critical metrics.Coordinate Paid Media activities with Creative, analytics, SEO, social and web development teams.Develop creative testing roadmap and participate in creative briefing and performance readouts.Provide clear creative direction to designers.Clearly communicate campaign changes and performance to the Account Management team and other strategic partners.Set up, optimize, and execute paid media campaigns.Write and review copy for paid ad campaigns informed by SEO/SEM best practices.Monitor daily advertising spend per channel to align with client's monthly budgets.Report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.Build projections and forecasting calculations as it pertains to incremental client growth.Interface with client contacts on a regular basis independently
