We are currently looking for a People Operations Partner to support the team managing our People Operations tasks with main focus on our global benefits administration.

**In this role, you will**:

- Process and manage all global benefit's operational tasks and be the main point of contact for external and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct audits of data/invoices to ensure processes and policies are managed accurately and effectively.
- Respond to benefits inquiries from employees on plans, benefits enrollments, status changes, and other general inquiries via our ticketing system (Jira).
- Support tracking and delivery of all required compliance in accordance with local benefits laws and regulations.
- Support operational implementation of benefits or related policy and procedure changes, develops benefit orientation and other informational materials and coordinates their dissemination, and the promotion of benefits programs.
- Create effective benefit communications and enhance, maintain and update our We26 Articles (intranet).
- Work closely with the People Technology team to manage the workflows and automation of our internal systems (Workday HCM and more exciting projects on the horizon regarding Benefits and Technology)
- Review employees' escalated claims issues, identify root causes and work out a long-term solution(s) with the vendors.
- Work closely with our external and internal stakeholders (People Ops, Payroll, People Tech, People Business Partner ('PBP') team, Talent Acquisition, Employee Resource Groups, Finance, Workplace and external providers) to ensure accurate data exchange and effective operations and management.
- You will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of People Operations topics and support tasks from onboarding to offboarding, leaves, visas, mobilities
- Support global People Ops initiatives and projects (e.g. introducing new tools, automazing processes, review of global processes )

**What you need to be successful**:

- 2 years minimum of hands-on HR work experience (including employee benefits and system administration)
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable regulations across multiple EU locations. Plus for Germany, Spain and Austria.

**Skills**:

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Big plus for German skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong ability to multitask and meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to effectively manage tasks with mínimal supervision
- Must be diligent and persistent in follow-up and completion
- Ability to work and build partnerships across departments
- Works well on a team and collaborates with others but also be able to work independently
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (**including **strong Microsoft Excel** **and PowerPoint skills) as well as Google docs/sheets.
- Experience working with HRIS (Workday) and ticketing systems is a big plus.
- Be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
