**Funciones Principales**:
**_ Atención al Talento:_**
- Onboardings: coordinación de la documentación contractual, entrega de equipos y configuración de aplicativos, experiência inmersiva con un office tour, etc. Todo para que el aterrizaje sea perfecto y las nuevas incorporaciones puedan darlo todo cuanto antes.
- Offboardings: a veces las cosas no son para siempre; pero eso no significa que no podamos seguir siendo amigos.
- Gestión y seguimiento del talento para potenciar su desarrollo.
- Experiência inmersiva con un Office Tour (ya sea virtual o presencial).
- Atracción y Selección:

- Rediseño de nuestro Employer Branding para atraer talento.
- Establecimiento de relaciones sólidas y Networking en el sector de Tecnología de la Información.
- Diseño de políticas innovadoras de reclutamiento y selección basadas en IA.
- Análisis de procesos y resultados de selección para la mejora continua.
- Implementación de políticas y procedimientos efectivos de contratación y onboarding.

**_ Empoderamiento y crecimiento del Talento_**
- Definición de los planes de Carrera y Evaluación de desempeño (PCED)
- Definición y colaboración en gestión de indicadores clave de desempeño y consecución de objetivos.
- Desarrollo de un plan estratégico integral para la vinculación de talento.
- Programas de desarrollo profesional: Diseñar programas estructurados de desarrollo profesional que incluyan capacitaciones,cursos en línea y oportunidades de aprendizaje continuo para adquirir nuevas habilidades y conocimientos.

**Formación Académica**: Se requiere título universitario o equivalente en el área relacionada al puesto.

**Experiência Laboral**:Experiência previa en funciones similares será imprescindible.
