A vacancy for Cloud Arechitect has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space. The successful applicant will join Flight Test Ground Station Department.

**Tasks & accountabilities**

Flight Test Ground Station is the department responsible for the Ground HW and Ground and Onboard SW means required for perform the flight test activity. On addition is responsible for the IT Systems and general software in the Test Center Organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement a cloud computing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives
- Select the appropriate cloud platform (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) based on the needs of the organization
- Ensure that cloud solutions are secure, scalable, and cost-effective
- Develop and maintain documentation on cloud architecture and design
- Provide guidance and best practices to other team members on cloud architecture and design

**Required skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience in cloud computing, including experience as a cloud architect or similar role
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures and design patterns
- Proficiency with one or more cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
