Barcelona, the city of Gaudí, is one of the most modern cities in the country, and not surprisingly, major technological congresses such as Mobile World are held in this city. Not everything is future, culture and history are essential to understand its people. The Sofitel hotel is located opposite Barceloneta, its most famous beach. A few minutes walk away is the Gothic Quarter, one of the main tourist attractions of Barcelona. It is well connected to the airport and the train station.

Descripción del empleo

Te apasionan los números y las personas, y ofreces un servicio inigualable al hotel y a la compañía propietaria en todo lo relacionado con las finanzas.

Documentar los ingresos de la empresa, hacer un seguimiento de los fondos monetarios, conciliar el informe general de caja con los recibos y preparar los informes de ingresos.

Tienes iniciativa y trabajas bien de forma independiente, comunicándote eficazmente con los departamentos pertinentes del hotel que afectan a la propiedad.

Reportando al Director de Finanzas será responsable de las siguientes misiones, no limitándose a ellas:

- Preparar las provisiones de gasto de comisiones de tarjetas de crédito.
- Preparar, revisar, conciliar y contabilizar facturas y notas de gasto y gestionar estados de cuenta de acuerdo con los procedimientos de la empresa. Reclamación de diferencias.
- Ayudar a dar seguimiento al cobro de las cuentas pendientes de deudores
- Preparación de remesas mensuales con todas las facturas válidas para pago.
- Registro de los costes de alimentos y bebidas, elaboración de Flash Cost Reports
- Verificación de inventario mensual de los outlets activos
- Controlar y documentar correctamente los traspasos entre outlets y/o almacén central.
- Verificar la facturación de todas las tarjetas de crédito contra el resumen bancario diario y preparar hojas de conciliación de tarjetas de crédito y bancarias.
- Conciliación de Cuentas Bancarias y de Balance AP.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos de documentación / autorización
- Revisión diaria del paquete del auditor nocturno: PMs, credit limit, city tax, justificación de cargos de OODs, Out of order, BEOs, Conciliación de Rooms, etc.
- Conciliar ingresos diarios entre Opera, Sistema de Contabilidad y reporte de ventas de POS.
- Revisar las transacciones pagadas de cada día para asegurarse de que todas tengan un respaldo adecuado adjunto y contengan la firma del invitado.

**Requisitos**:

- Más de 3 años de experiência en hoteles de similares características.
- Tener una licenciatura en ADE o equivalente. Conocimiento estratégico del negocio de la hostelería y la gestión financiera.
- Idiomas: inglés y español, hablado y escrito.
- Conocer el Plan contable y tener conocimientos de Administración.
- Conocimiento avanzado en Microsoft Windows.
- Conocimientos en Power BI
- Conocimientos avanzados del programa Opera.
- Poseer habilidades interpersonales y de resolución de problemas.
- Ser altamente responsable y confiable.
- Contar con capacidad para trabajar bien bajo presión en un entorno acelerado.
- Capacidad para trabajar con cohesión como parte de un equipo.
- Entender el significado y la importancia de la discreción.
