**Your tasks**:

- Build up a dynamic team of Customer Success, Support, Retention Managers, and Team Leads in each of these areas
- Attract, hire and retain talent, as well as maintain a pipeline of talent to attract for future roles
- Coach the team in managing workload, setting priorities, and overcoming challenges to ensure they are focusing on needle-moving activities and being successful in their role
- Be accountable for reaching retention, upsell, and NPS targets and reporting on the development of KPIs to leadership
- Maintain a deep understanding of products and industry trends to be able to lead your team
- Contribute to the overall goal of providing a great user experience and best in class support across multiple channels, as well as nurture the relationship with our customers (parents and students)
- Identify and seize opportunities to increase efficiencies and advocate for your team and market using data driven business cases
- Work closely with Sales, Tutor Community, Product and Marketing to improve the customer experience and align goals

**Who you are**:

- 6+ years of sales, account management, or customer success experience in a fast-growth company (SaaS or B2C preferred)
- 3+ years of team leadership in any of the above
- Excellent track record of over-achieving targets in previous roles; ideally worked towards key SaaS CS Metrics
- Entrepreneurial - you thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and operational excellence, able to prioritize, and take initiative and ownership
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with the ability to implement strategies from HQ to regional team
- Leadership and charisma; “leading by example” represents your leadership style - you inspire and motivate people by being with them on the field and being resilient
- You have the ability to derive insights from data and build and deliver on actionable strategies
- Working proficiency in English and Spanish
