As an Implementation Consultant in our EMEA team, you guide complex software deployments for enterprise customers, ensuring rapid adoption and successful onboarding. You act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver value and long-term customer success. You lead multi-phase projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver end-user training. This role combines hands-on implementation with strategic guidance to help customers maximize product value in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage multi-phase software implementations with cross-functional stakeholders and change management
• Lead client communications throughout the implementation lifecycle to maximize product value and adoption
• Serve as the client manager during implementation, aligning with customer operations and managing expectations
• Deliver formal training to client teams and end-users
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams during onboarding
• Offer product knowledge and best-practice guidance to customers
• Track, communicate, and proactively resolve client issues
• Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and milestones
• Demonstrate industry knowledge through workflow recommendations and operations insights
• Collaborate with product, sales, and account management teams on initiatives
Responsabilidades
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in software implementation, onboarding, engineering, or related fields
• Experience managing complex implementations with multiple stakeholders
• Degree in engineering or related field
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial maintenance is a benefit
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong client relationship and expectation management
• Understanding of requirements definition, xghoner functional specs, user training, and deployment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with rapid product mastery
• Self-starter with minimal oversight and tight deadlines
• Ability to learn the MaintainX product within 30 days
• Right to work in Barcelona, Spain
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Fluent in English
• preferred: fluent in French and/or Spanish
