Languages Fluent, bilingual, or highly proficient English speaker (mandatory). German or Dutch language skills are a strong plus. We are launching an exciting international project and are looking for ambitious, motivated, and curious individuals who are ready to start a successful career in recruitment. No previous recruitment experience is required. What matters most is your motivation, drive, and ambition. Previous experience in sales or a related role is preferred. What We're Looking For
* Fluent, bilingual, or highly proficient English speaker

* Interest in sales, business development, and relationship building

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for challenges Your Responsibilities
* Recruit Tech professionals across European markets
* Source, identify, and qualify top talent
* Build and develop your own client portfolio
* Generate new business through cold calls, emails, and networking
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
* Successfully match candidates with suitable opportunities

Your Profile
* Native, bilingual, or highly proficient English speaker (mandatory)
* German or Dutch language skills are highly desirable
* No recruitment experience required, but a strong interest in sales, business, and working with people
* Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
* Positive, resilient, and results-oriented attitude
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong commercial mindset and ambition to succeed
