As a Staff Software Engineer at Taxfix Group, you will build core features for our flagship tax app, turning complex scenarios into reliable, user-friendly experiences. You will work in a cross-functional environment, embracing AI-first development and end-to-end ownership from discovery to deployment. Your work will influence product quality, system design, and scalable solutions across frontend and backend stacks. This is an opportunity to shape how millions file taxes with confidence at scale, while contributing to a mission-driven, international team.

Responsabilidades
• Professional software engineering experience with React and Node.js; backend services and APIs design
• Experience with React Native is a plus
• Ability to work across system boundaries and collaborate beyond primary specialization
• Experience with public cloud environments (Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure)
• Familiarity xghoner with DevOps concepts, CI/CD, observability, and production operations
• Understanding of authentication, databases, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and API integrations
• Builder-first, initiative-taking mindset with quick learning and sensible trade-offs
• Commitment to maintainable, elegant code and continuous improvement
• Collaborative and constructive mindset with a willingness to challenge ideas
