* Guide clients through migration to Deel’s HR tools and oversee rollout
* Advise stakeholders on best practices for implementation
* Become expert user of Deel HR tools and their integration with other products
* Lead onboarding journeys using project management practices
* Perform and validate data imports to ensure accuracy and minimize disruptions
* Safeguard sensitive employee data in line with data protection regulations
* Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering
* Contribute to internal migration processes and SOP/product automation improvements Requisitos principales
* 3+ years of SaaS HR implementation experience
* Proven experience managing large HR datasets with accuracy
* Fluent in English
* Strong project management skills with attention to detail
* Experience with change management in enterprise settings
* Deep knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
* Proficient in HR systems and related tools
* Passion for empowering customers and colleagues through training and support
* Strong customer relationship management skills
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
* Excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
