In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing students during their lunch break and recreational outdoor time. Your main duties will include:
- Supervising dining hall routines and encouraging healthy eating habits among pupils.
- Monitoring the school playground to maintain safety and resolve minor disputes.
- Organising group dynamics, managing student behaviour, and maintaining group control.
- Supporting children with general lunchtime coordination and daily guidance.
To be considered for this opening in Palma, you should meet the following requirements:
- A valid Leisure and Free Time Monitor certificate (Monitor de ocio y tiempo libre) is essential.
- Language proficiency in both Spanish (Castellano) and Catalan.
- Prior experience in school supervision, leisure activities, or group monitoring is valued.
- Responsibility, clear communication skills, and a proactive approach when engaging with groups of children.
The position offers a stable part-time schedule in the private education and leisure sector:
- Working time of 10 hours per week, scheduled Monday to Thursday from 12:30 to 15:00.
- A gross monthly salary of 390.22 EUR in accordance with the collective agreement for educational and sports leisure (CC de ocio educativo y deportivo). xghoner
