In this role you will join IQVIA’s Safety Operations to support patient safety through medical information and case processing. You’ll interact directly with healthcare professionals and patients, handling inquiries, adverse events and product quality concerns to help optimize product safety. You will work within a global lifecycle safety team, benefiting from training and clear career progression. This position offers remote, home-based work and cross-functional collaboration across therapeutic areas.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Provide phone support to healthcare professionals and patients, handling medical inquiries, adverse events and quality concerns
• Receive and document calls, faxes and emails from diverse sources during regular hours
• Share feedback on project metrics and challenges with local management
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment within Lifecycle safety
• Participate in training and working groups to implement new initiatives and process improvements
Responsabilidades
• Pharmacist or medicine degree
• Fluent Turkish (native/C2) and English (min C1); proficiency in additional language (C1)
• Willingness to learn new skills across Lifecycle Safety xghoner service lines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously
