As a Simulator Operation Engineer, you ensure high-fidelity simulators used to train licensed nuclear operators perform as intended. You bridge plant operations, engineering analysis, and advanced simulation to turn data into insights and improve operator readiness and safety. You will collaborate with international teams and contribute to modernization, testing campaigns, and regulatory readiness. This role places you at the core of simulation-driven decision making within a mission-driven nuclear technology company.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Perform verification, validation and acceptance testing on full-scope nuclear power plant simulators
• Compare simulator performance with plant reference data, procedures and engineering requirements
• Investigate discrepancies, identify causes and implement solutions with specialists
• Contribute to modernization, upgrade, Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test campaigns
• Prepare clear technical reports, test records and engineering documentation
• Collaborate with international teams across simulation, modeling, systems, controls and instrumentation
• Support technical meetings, customer demonstrations, audits and regulatory inspections
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering (Nuclear, Energy, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
• Knowledge of nuclear energy, xghoner power generation or complex industrial systems, control systems, instrumentation, modeling, simulation tools, programming, automation, data analysis
• Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish and English
• Driver's license
• Ability to travel
