Role Overview:
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and goal-oriented Junior Salesand Marketingto join our digital advertising team. In this position, you’ll partner with businesses to craft impactful Google Ads strategies that boost visibility and drive real results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients toward personalized digital advertising solutions that align with their business goals
Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to broader team success
Foster strong, consultative relationships with clients through ongoing strategy and support
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to shape and refine ad strategies
Optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring maximum return on investment
Stay up-to-date with evolving tools, industry trends, and best practices in digital marketing
Collaborate across internal departments to ensure seamless campaign execution
Offer responsive and strategic support to ensure long-term client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (C2 level)
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
- Minimum one year of experience in sales or marketing
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising
- Eager to learn and grow
