In this role you will turn ML research into production-grade AI/ML solutions for pharma and healthcare, scaling prototypes to client-ready deliverables. You collaborate with ML engineers and scientists to build, test, and validate production algorithms that learn from complex data. You will engage with internal and external clients to tailor solutions and drive impact in patient outcomes. This position offers remote work and a culture focused on innovation and cross-functional collaboration.

• Collaborate with ML engineers and researchers to create new algorithms
• Build and train production-grade algorithms on high-dimensional datasets
• Improve performance of NLP and ML models using various techniques
• Test and validate models for deployment viability with support from others
• Provide consultancy and implement AI solutions to meet client xghoner needs
Responsabilidades
• Master's Degree in a related field
• 2-4 years' experience creating ML algorithms
• Programming experience in Java, C++, Python, R, Go, Kubernetes, or equivalent
• Experience working with large, real-world datasets
