We are currently looking for an Associate Accountant to support the French and Italian entities, playing a key role in financial operations and acting as a bridge between local teams and a global HQ
Your impact in the role:
You will take ownership of accounting and reporting activities for France, while also supporting Italy, working closely with international stakeholders and contributing to the evolution of financial processes
What will you be doing?
- Accounts Payable bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting
- Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Coordination with local CPA for VAT and tax filings in France
- Support in payroll and social security reporting
- Ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Regular interaction with international stakeholders (Corporate Controller, auditors, etc.)
- Contributing to process improvements (e-invoicing, e-reporting implementation)
What we are looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting roles within structured environments
- Strong knowledge of French GAAP (essential)
- Experience in reporting, compliance, and financial closings
- Fluency in French and English
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced, international environments
