We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.

Creative Intelligence, a central team within Performance Marketing, is responsible for creating the tools and analyzing the results of our creative data to improve our marketing and UA strategy across our entire game portfolio.

What You Will Do

The Director of Creative Intelligence will lead the strategy, measurement, and tooling, and team that help us understand what drives creative success. Based in Barcelona, this advanced marketing analytics leader will use tagging, performance data, research, experimentation, and AI to explain what creative works and why across our portfolio.

The role partners closely with Marketing, User Acquisition, Analytics, Community, and Flamed, our internal creative agency. It also supports unlaunched games by identifying creative whitespace and answering early questions about audiences, positioning, concepts, messaging, and naming.

  • Set the Creative Intelligence strategy and roadmap. Define priorities, products, measurement needs, and team goals. Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across creative analytics and AI enablement.
  • Measure creative success and support testing across live and slate games. Bring together tagging, performance data, audience research, competitive intelligence, and other relevant signals to identify what drives performance and where opportunities exist. Recommend and support tests that answer key creative questions and inform strategy and decisions.
  • Guide games before launch. Use competitor intelligence, audience research, category trends, and portfolio data to identify creative whitespace and inform audiences, positioning, concepts, messages, and naming.
  • Own the creative analytics product roadmap. Prioritize dashboards, stakeholder views, tagging, data quality, reporting, and self‑service tools. Drive adoption and continued improvement across the portfolio.
  • Partner with Analytics. Articulate business questions, measurement needs, and desired outcomes. Secure support and drive projects through delivery, validation, and adoption while those teams own the technical infrastructure.
  • Use AI to expand the function. Use tools such as Claude to interrogate data, explore hypotheses, prototype analyses, automate reporting, and simplify competitor intelligence and recurring insights.
  • Build trust and turn insights into action. Develop strong partnerships across Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and game teams. Deliver clear recommendations, track how they influence decisions, and measure their impact.
  • Partner with Marketing and our internal creative agency. Help marketers and creative teams use performance data and competitive intelligence to define creative strategy, identify opportunities, and make evidence‑based changes to their plans.
  • Translate data into clear creative guidance. Turn complex performance data, tagging, and analysis into simple explanations of what is working, why it is effective, and what teams should do next. Own game‑level reporting as needed to inform creative and marketing strategy.

  • A strong record of developing measurement frameworks and metrics to answer questions that connect marketing or creative inputs to business outcomes.
