As Performance Monitoring and Reporting Specialist, you will produce KPIs and dashboards to support BNP Paribas’ global trade strategies within the Trade Finance Service Centre. You will deliver recurrent reports, chair SLA meetings with stakeholders across Business, IT, and Operations, and develop new indicators to enhance performance. You will drive automation and explore AI solutions to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to shape trade finance insights at a leading international bank.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Produce and analyze recurrent reports and dashboards for main stakeholders
• Chair SLA meetings with internal Business, IT, and Operations teams
• Develop new indicators by identifying requirements and managing implementation
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and new technologies like Python or AI
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in data analysis, transformation, and reporting roles
• Expert in Power Query, DAX, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Dataiku)
• Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and intermediate Python skills
• Experience with AI solutions, including LLMs and prompting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) xghoner
• C1 level of English (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of Trade Finance, Accounting, or Cash Management is a plus
