Climate change is creating unprecedented challenges worldwide. Mitiga Solutions helps organizations understand, anticipate, and manage climate-related risks with cutting-edge science and technology.
Born from the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, we combine climate science, advanced modelling, and AI to turn complex data into actionable insights, from real-time forecasting to long-term projections.
Our mission: empower organizations to build resilience and adapt.
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to own and grow Mitiga's B2B demand generation engine. You'll be responsible for turning our marketing efforts into qualified opportunities, working closely with Sales to build pipeline and drive revenue.

You'll market a technically complex product to sophisticated buyers across infrastructure, energy and financial services. You'll need to be comfortable translating climate science, data and technology into clear commercial value, while also getting into the details of campaigns, funnels and performance metrics.

Own the performance and continuous optimisation of our website and landing pages, with a focus on conversion and qualified demand, not just traffic.
Develop and execute SEO and inbound strategies that attract high-intent audiences and generate qualified leads.

Develop content that supports both demand generation and Sales, including thought leadership, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, webinars and sales enablement materials.
Stay close to developments in climate risk, energy transition, infrastructure resilience and relevant regulation, turning industry insights into compelling marketing opportunities.
Run campaigns end-to-end, from identifying the opportunity and defining the hypothesis to execution, measurement and post-mortem.
Manage and develop a small in-house marketing team member.
Brief, manage and challenge external agencies and freelancers across areas such as SEO, paid media, content and design.
Set clear priorities, timelines and success metrics across internal and external marketing contributors.
Ensure execution remains focused on the initiatives that have the greatest potential commercial impact.
