As Marketing Manager Iberia, you drive scalable growth for the Spanish and Portuguese markets. You bridge local insights with central Growth resources to shape impactful marketing strategies. You will lead end-to-end campaigns, measure ROI, and align product efforts with community needs. This role sits at the heart of BlaBlaCar’s growth, offering the chance to influence messaging, channels, and performance across Iberia. You will partner with cross-functional teams to push BlaBlaCar to market leadership, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and measurable impact.

• Translate regional business goals into actionable regional marketing roadmaps
• Design, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across Spain and Portugal with central Growth support
• End-to-end project and budget management with ROI focus
• Provide regular performance updates to leadership and align with central Growth, Product, and local teams
• Create localized marketing assets for CRM and social channels to engage driver and passenger communities
• Conduct business and performance deep dives to identify growth drivers and bottlenecks
• Synthesize data and member insights into executive-ready implications for product direction and messaging

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years in marketing and/or business development
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and proactive approach
• Strong data and analytical skills; business and data-driven
• Creative with strong content and copywriting abilities
• Native xghoner Spanish speaker and fluent in English; Portuguese a plus
• Excellent communication, humble, and collaborative; able to work autonomously under tight deadlines
• Experience launching a new product/service or owning a product/business line
