Задачи:- Own the end-to-end management of Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms for the French market; Optimize a 7-figure annual budget, prioritizing the lowest Cost per Deal and highest MRR impact in France; Sync regularly with the French Sales Development team to refine lead quality and improve full-funnel conversion rates; Lead a test-and-learn roadmap for bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad formats tailored to the French audience; Partner with CRO and Content teams to optimize landing pages and creative assets for higher conversion in France; Use data to report on how marketing spend translates into closed-won deals and recurring revenue for the French market; Identify and test new platforms and growth opportunities specific to the French B2B landscape; Manage the performance tech stack to ensure clean attribution and data-driven decisions.
- 5+ Years of experience in performance marketing
- Advanced technical mastery of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4
- Proven track record managing 7-figure annual budgets with a focus on revenue efficiency
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn raw data into actionable growth plans
- Hands-on experience with ad copywriting and a strong eye for creative performance
- Self-driven team player comfortable collaborating across international teams and time zones
- Native or bilingual fluency in French
- Professional fluency in English
