I'm currently looking for Dutch-speaking professionals to join an international team as an Account Executive in Madrid, Spain.

Work Model: Hybrid
What You'll Do- Manage the full sales cycle for the Dutch market.
- Handle inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Guide customers through free trials and convert them into paid subscriptions.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- €30,000 gross annual base salary.
- Monthly commission target: €600.
- Uncapped commission structure with performance multipliers.
- Quarterly Super Bonus for top performers.
- Clear career progression to AE2 (€35,000 base) and AE3 (€40,000 base).
- Monday-Thursday: 09:00-18:00
- Friday: 09:00-15:00
- Hybrid work model after the initial on-site training in Madrid.
- Monthly travel expenses covered for office visits.
- 22 days of paid annual leave.
- Additional paid days off between 24-31 December.
