Your responsibilities will involve building and maintaining planning solutions to facilitate better and quicker buying decisions within the organization.You will need to bring analytical excellence and technical proficiency to navigate the evolving landscape of our growing international business.Success in this role will require flexibility, adaptability, collaboration,
and a commercial mindset.Your responsibilities :Manage and maintain planning solutions for the Buying and Merchandising teams using Excel and dedicated planning tools (e.G., Anaplan).Collaborate with the Buying and Merchandise team to comprehend additional planning needs and requirements.Define, align, and implement new planning methodologies, ensuring alignment with senior stakeholders and the buying / merchandising teams.Establish and implement new planning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guide and control the Supply Business unit.Collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence / Data Science team and the Tech team to implement and maintain innovative solutions.Proactively train departments on the usage of planning solutions.Independently identify and lead projects that positively impact the business, fostering growth and innovation.About you :Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role focused on planning solutions,
preferably in a retail buying environment.University degree in a related field.Excellent knowledge of Planning Solutions (e.G., Anaplan) and Excel, with the ability to extract and work with large amounts of data (e.g., through knowledge in SQL, Python)
