En ING buscamos Analista de riesgo de créditoSu función y entorno de trabajo:Estamos buscando un talentoso y entusiasta Analista de Riesgo de Crédito para unirse a nuestro equipo de Herramientas de Riesgo de Crédito en Riesgo de Crédito Minorista.El Departamento de Herramientas de Riesgo de Crédito está compuesto por un equipo de especialistas encargados de gestionar el riesgo de la cartera minorista de ING durante todo el ciclo crediticio con una clara perspectiva basada en datos, y además de implementar, probar y poner en marcha todos los cambios de política en las herramientas de riesgo de crédito. La colaboración con numerosos departamentos de la entidad y la oferta actual de productos y proyectos, especialmente en el ámbito de la innovación y la regulación, permiten un entorno de trabajo desafiante, variado y multidisciplinar.Sus principales responsabilidades:Para nosotros, un Analista de Herramientas de Riesgo de Crédito, Políticas de Riesgo es alguien que:Proporciona apoyo efectivo al Negocio en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de políticas y procedimientos crediticios en las herramientas de riesgo crediticio para garantizar el crecimiento sostenible de los préstamos y el pleno cumplimiento de las Políticas del Grupo y las regulaciones locales.Prepara informes periódicos que garantizan la calidad de los datos y los plazos de entrega, para proporcionar el seguimiento adecuado para identificar los factores de riesgo y permitir la toma de decisiones eficaz para maximizar el crecimiento bajo KPI saludables.Realiza análisis de cartera ad-hoc en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido.Comprende las tendencias de la industria y determina los factores macroeconómicos que afectan los impulsores fundamentales del crédito, así como para compartir y desarrollar las mejores prácticas del mercado en productos de préstamo y gestión de riesgos.Garantiza que la calidad crediticia de la cartera se mueva dentro de los niveles definidos de apetito de riesgo y propone acciones correctivas en caso contrario.Desarrolla políticas en motores de riesgo de crédito, detecta inconsistencias entre productos y asegura la calidad de los datos en las operaciones de crédito.Requisitos mínimos:Tienes una licenciatura en Matemáticas, Estadística, Negocios e Ingeniería o similar.Dominio completo de Excel, SAS y SQL.Otros lenguajes de programación como JAVA serían bienvenidos.Sus habilidades de comunicación le permiten trabajar junto con muchas partes diferentes en toda nuestra organización.Dispuesto y capaz de aprender y mejorar sus habilidades técnicas e interpersonales.Fluidez en español e inglés escrito y hablado.Al menos 1 año de experiencia en Riesgo de Crédito o Análisis de Datos, en banca o consultoría.Si te miras al espejo y tu reflejo coincide con nuestra forma de ser y de trabajar...
