With our legal headquarters in Gibraltar and operational offices in London and Málaga, we are at the forefront of growth and innovation in the luxury real estate market.Position Overview:As our operations expand in Málaga, we seek an ambitious, skilled and detail-oriented Head of Finance reporting to the Finance Director. The successful candidate will be pivotal in managing and optimising the Club's financial performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can drive financial initiatives that support the Club's growth and stability. If you are a proactive and analytical professional passionate about operational excellence and reporting, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Primary ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy and Planning: Working with the Finance Director to develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the Club's overall business goals. Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to the senior management team. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.Budget Management: Manage the budgeting process, including tracking expenditures, variances, and performance against budget. Provide actionable insights to improve cost efficiency and financial performance.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks. Develop robust internal controls and procedures to safeguard the Club's assets.Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow planning and ensure funds are available. Optimise the investment of surplus funds and manage banking relationships.Investment Oversight: Working with the Finance Director to evaluate and recommend investment opportunities and monitor and manage the performance of existing investments to ensure optimal returns.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Ensure the team is equipped to meet the Club's evolving needs.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Accounting, Property Management, and Member Services, to support their financial needs and enhance operational efficiency
