Descripción del empleo En Last.app no paramos de hacer cosas nuevas y estamos buscando los mejores Field Sales para que nos ayuden a terminar de conquistar el mercado español.
Realizarás prospección comercial para convertir más restaurantes en nuestros partners y construir una sólida relación de trabajo con ellos que perdure en el tiempo
Tendrás responsabilidad total sobre una o varias zonas de la ciudad donde darás a conocer el valor de Last.app a todos los potenciales clientes.
Presentarás claramente los servicios de Last.app a los dueños de restaurantes (clientes potenciales), representando nuestros productos para animarlos a unirse a nosotros siempre de la mano de nuestros valores.
Liderarás todo el proceso de ventas, que implica la prospección, realizar llamadas iniciales en los casos necesarios, mostrar nuestra plataforma, negociar y cerrar acuerdos de manera óptima y ágil
Organizarás tu día de acuerdo a las visitas presenciales o "demos" que tengas con clientes potenciales
Te harás un experto en el mercado con gran capacidad de adaptarse e identificar las necesidades y tendencias de nuestros clientes así como dar constante feedback
Demostrarás habilidades sofisticadas de negociación
Deberás mantener registros detallados de las actividades de ventas, interacciones con los clientes y los progresos de los acuerdos en nuestro CRM
Contarás con el apoyo constante de nuestra sales trainer (en el pitch de ventas, acompañamiento, manejo de objeciones) y todo lo que necesites, nuestra i ntención es que triunfes.
Trabajarás de la mano y contarás con la colaboración de todos los equipos de Last,
Lo más importante, tener mucha motivación y ganas de cambiar la vida de los restaurantes a través de la tecnología y de unirse a una empresa increíble :)
Experiencia comprobada de al menos 2 años en una posición de ventas idealmente para una empresa de alto crecimiento (tecnología o industria hotelera) o posición de cara al cliente.
Experiencia en manejar todo el embudo de ventas desde la obtención, llamadas en frío, negociación, cierre de contratos y habilidad para hacer sentir bien al cliente
Habilidades de comunicación claras respaldadas por un alto nivel de dedicación.
Ser un perfil autónomo, orientado a resultados con habilidades organizativas y de iniciativa en un entorno en constante evolución y orientado a objetivos.
Familiaridad con el mercado restaurantero es un plus
Lo más importante, tener mucha motivación y ganas de cambiar la vida de los restaurantes a través de la tecnología y de unirse a una empresa increíble :)
Contrato indefinido y salario competitivo + comisiones.
