We're looking for a Director, Marketing & Digital Excellence to join our team and help us secure pre-launch excellence, future proof the BBU with elevated world-class capabilities, and enable practice change at scale. If you're passionate about the potential of science to address unmet needs of patients around the world, this is the place for youAccountabilities:As Director, Marketing & Digital Excellence, you will take ownership of launch excellence, including the pre-launch framework and launch PAL planning tool. You will forge strong relationships with global launch leads and market launch leads, ensuring pre-launch excellence across the BBU in line with our Ambition 2030. You will also work collaboratively with the marketing excellence team on broader initiatives, including creating a global marketing excellence community and enhancing our strategic planning process.Essential Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Life SciencesMinimum of 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry, market, and global roles5+ years expertise applying strategic thought leadership, driving strict execution, agility and facilitating cultural change and process improvementConfirmed experience leading high-level strategic business initiativesExperience driving business innovation at scale, including new technologies, process, and platformsAbility to work across geographiesEffectively interact and build strong partnerships with colleagues and senior leaders from different functionsAbility to lead the development, design, and delivery of trainingProject Management skillsBudget ManagementAdvanced degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Life SciencesExperience in digital marketing strategiesReady to make a difference?
