Paid Social Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Paid Social Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the strategic and tactical implementation of social media plans for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, monitor, control, and manage projects and social media campaigns across all levels of the funnel (awareness to performance).
- Work closely with clients, creation teams, strategy teams, media agencies, and external service providers/vendors.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to acquire substantial learning for optimizing current and future measures in the social/digital area.
- Support internal social media teams in the paid ads area (social and digital networks).
- Lead and support your team in creating and planning client campaigns.
- Evaluate post-campaign analysis and report results to clients.
- Utilize common analytics and social media tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Media Science, or a related field; or 3-4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive attitude.
- Professional experience within the marketing industry or in a media agency environment.
- In-depth understanding of social media in a business context, including all social media channels, functions, and associated communication features and possibilities.
