Global Paid Social Media Manager

We are seeking a skilled Global Paid Social Media Manager to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group in Madrid, Spain.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing paid social media strategies across various platforms, managing relationships with key platform partners, and executing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
This role requires a strong understanding of social media analytics, targeting options, and tracking capabilities, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Develop and execute paid social media strategies across multiple platforms
- Manage relationships with key platform partners (e.g. LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok)
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including goal setting and optimization
- Manage monthly budget for paid social media
- Develop clear measurement framework for KPIs and benchmarking
- Provide strategic guidance to social media stakeholders to support their needs
- Liaise with social media content team to boost brand awareness and secure departmental objectives
- Work cross-functionally to support integrated campaigns with key stakeholders
- Lead a team of 1 direct report
- Act as expert for area teams to direct paid social investment across the business
- Be the go-to person at RHG for social paid media
- Share best practices, guideline development, and webinar training program
- Determine areas of opportunity and test & learn to share data-driven recommendations
- Report on strategy and performance to key stakeholders
- Flexibility and positive attitude
- Fluent English
- Expert knowledge of social media and industry best practices
- Heavy user of paid social platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Experience with social listening tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Meltwater)
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media channels and tracking capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of targeting options across platforms
- Strong analytical and planning capabilities with marketing sense
- Highly collaborative with ability to prioritize tasks and work with different departments
