We are seeking a Global Paid Social Media Manager to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group in Madrid, Spain.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our social media strategy across various platforms, working closely with area teams to localize by market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement paid social strategies across platforms, collaborating with area teams to localize content.
- Build and maintain relationships with key platform partners (e.g. LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok).
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns for daily content and goals, setting targets and optimizing performance.
- Manage monthly paid social budget and develop clear measurement frameworks for KPIs and benchmarking.
- Provide strategic guidance to social media stakeholders to support their needs and collaborate with loyalty and HR employer brand teams to elevate messaging.
- Liaise with the social media content team to boost brand awareness and achieve departmental objectives.
- Work cross-functionally to support B2B, B2C, and loyalty integrated campaigns with key stakeholders including e-commerce, marketing, and CRM.
- Lead a team of 1 direct report and serve as an expert for area teams on paid social investment across the business.
- Act as the go-to person at RHG for social paid media, sharing best practices and developing guideline development and webinar training programs.
- Determine areas of opportunity and test & learn to share data-driven recommendations to improve current performance.
- Report on strategy and performance to key stakeholders and ensure relevant content reaches target audiences across channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing social listening tools to safeguard RHG's online reputation.
- Pulling out customer insights and business opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Flexibility and a positive, 'Yes I Can' attitude.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Expert knowledge of social media and industry best practices.
- A strong understanding of paid social platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager).
- Experience with social listening tools (Sprinklr, Meltwater).
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media channels.
- An understanding of social media tracking capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of targeting options across platforms.
- Strong analytical and planning capabilities with a keen marketing sense.
- Highly collaborative skills with ability to prioritize tasks and work with different departments.
- Success driven and ambitious with capacity to engage senior executives and peers.
