What you will do in this role
As a Supervisor on our team, you will:
Drive sales process across the team
Empower team performance to meet sales objectives
Control and drive KPIs
Collect and analyze metrics
Organize regular meetings to give feedback on team performance, upcoming changes
Maintain contact with the customer regarding cases, new procedures, applications, tools
Have 360° vision on ISR individual performance and needs

Concentrix is a great match if you:
Are proficient or bilingual in Dutch with advanced level of English. Flemish is a plus
Have business knowledge and commercial awareness
Are result and success orientated, able to work autonomously, as well as in a team
Have outstanding organizational and communication skills
Have excellent leadership and management skills
Have excellent problem solving and decision-making capabilities
Have sales background
Have previous management experience
It will be a plus if you:
Have knowledge of IT environment
