What you will do in this role As a Supervisor on our team, you will:
Drive sales process across the teamEmpower team performance to meet sales objectivesControl and drive KPIsCollect and analyze metricsOrganize regular meetings to give feedback on team performance, upcoming changesMaintain contact with the customer regarding cases, new procedures, applications, toolsHave 360° vision on ISR individual performance and needsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Are proficient or bilingual in Dutch with advanced level of English. Flemish is a plusHave business knowledge and commercial awarenessAre result and success orientated, able to work autonomously, as well as in a teamHave outstanding organizational and communication skillsHave excellent leadership and management skillsHave excellent problem solving and decision-making capabilitiesHave sales backgroundHave previous management experienceIt will be a plus if you: Have knowledge of IT environmentDon't meet every requirement?
