Bringing smiles is what we do at TTEC... for you and the customer. As a Talent Scout working hybrid in Sofia or Plovdiv, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.
Our Talent Scout team build and execute targeted sourcing plans, identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective candidates to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future multilingual hiring positions across EMEA. They will utilize a strong candidate-centric focus to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with TA leaders, managers and recruiters and leverage our technology platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline aligned to current and future talent needs.
You'll report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you'll impact the business through your sourcing initiatives.
During a Typical Day, You'll:Implement high-volume, multilingual sourcing strategies to attract candidates that meet our client's specificationsProactively source candidates via job boards, social networks and other toolsBuild and maintain a talent pool for our key roles and languagesConduct comprehensive market and competitor's analysisMeasure and report on sourcing metricsManage internal referrals What You Bring to the Role:At least 1 year of experience in a talent sourcing roleDemonstrated experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, social recruiting, engaging candidate outreach)Excellent English skills, written and spoken; a second EMEA language is advantageousExperience with Taleo or similar ATSExperience in a multinational environment (especially in BPO sector) is a plusExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAdaptable individual who can work in a fast-paced, change-driven environmentPositive attitude and drive for successStrong attention to detail What You Can Expect:Supportive of your career and professional developmentAn inclusive culture and community-minded organization where giving back is encouragedA global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company valuesAsk us about our paid time off (PTO) and wellness and healthcare benefitsA great compensation package and performance bonus opportunities, benefits you'd expect and maybe a few that would pleasantly surprise you (like tuition reimbursement) Visit www.mybenefits.ttec.com for more information.
