Ejecutar la operativa comercial dentro del canal Ecommerce, consolidando el nuevo negocio generado a través de los canales digitales, garantizar una excelente experiência del cliente en línea con la estrategia de Omnicanalidad de Lyreco.
Para nuestro departamento de Marketing Digital reportando a nuestra Digital Manager Customer Experience buscamos a un/a Digital Sales Representative.
La misión del puesto será ejecutar la operativa comercial dentro del canal Ecommerce, consolidando el nuevo negocio generado a través de los canales digitales y garantizando una excelente experiência del cliente en línea con la estrategia de Omnicanalidad de Lyreco.
Funciones principales:

- Realizar llamadas de conversión de prospectos a nuevos clientes (perfil hunter), en base a los registros, prospectos captados a través del canal eCommerce y Digital
- Desarrollar el nuevo negocio de la compañía y la cartera de clientes bajo su responsabilidad.
- Asegurar el correcto mantenimiento de la base de datos de clientes asignados a su cartera, cualificándolos apropiadamente.
- Implementar y comunicar lanzamientos de producto, promociones y las distintas campañas definidas en el calendario de acciones a los clientes ecommerce.
**Requisitos**:

- Deseable Grado Superior de Venta Comercial
- Idiomas : Español avanzado y valorable nível de inglés B1 (nível medio) y valorable portugués básico
- Estar familiarizado con el uso de tecnología como CRM, SAP, Outlook, paquete Microsoft, Genesys o Zendesk (chat).
- Más de 3 años de experiência de campo comercial con un perfil hunter y orientado a la venta.
