What are we looking for We are looking for a Cosentino City Sales Manager, someone with a hunter mentality, a sales driven personality and who is results orientated. This person will be required to maximize the opportunities on sales with retail clients as well as our Architects & Designers community. This person will also be responsible for the growth of their own interior designer accounts and annual sales target. If you would like to be part of a dynamic team in the heart of the A+D community then this is the place for you.
What you will do SALES RESPONSABILITIES Develop and build relationships with key architects and designers in the area as well as the application awareness with B2C clients. Identify potential leads and track until the close of the trade to endure the sale. Collaborate with the design sales team to grow sales and ensure brand recognition. Accelerate brand recognition with effective positioning, product training and product differentiation. Manage relationships through face-to-face visits outside of the showroom and generate sales through them according to the sales goals assigned to the position.  Drive quality traffic (events) to the showroom to promote cross and up sales. BUSINESS RESPONSABILITIES Identify strategies, priorities, and action framework (Commercial, promotion, marketing, reports, etc) . Support the City Center team in identifying and evaluating business opportunities. Capture market trends through external events, seminars… Identify and promote activities with potential impact on sales, in alignment with the mission of Cosentino related to the City. What you need to succeed EXPERIENCE 5+ Experience in Sales in the Design or Architecture sector. 5+ Knowledge of the construction market and building materials. 3+ Management of small teams. 2+ Showroom experience. KNOWLEDGE Required: Proven Success in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
Knowledge of interior design industry as well as following trend.
Desired: Knowledge in Building Materials or Decoration markets.
SKILLS
Required:
Be knowledgeable of the construction industry as a plus.
Fundamentals (basic functions) on computing: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Salesforce and CRM or similar.
