Desde Morgan Philips Executive Search, buscamos un/a Application Manager SAP Basis para una fuerte compañía multinacional ubicada en Madrid.
ResponsabilidadesGestionar la base SAP, incluidos los componentes técnicos, el alojamiento y las operaciones.Garantizar el funcionamiento, la disponibilidad, el rendimiento y la optimización del entorno de sistemas SAP, así como de los sistemas conectados.Apoyar el análisis de errores y la resolución de problemas en caso de mal funcionamiento.Controlar al proveedor de servicios en la implementación de requisitos y cambios.Garantizar estimaciones de esfuerzo realistas y la entrega dentro del plazo establecido.Gestionar las solicitudes de cambio, los proyectos del ciclo de vida y el ciclo de entrega completo.Acompañar las auditorías, aportar las pruebas pertinentes y analizar los resultados.Gestionar el concepto de autorización, supervisar los conflictos de DdS e iniciar medidas.Trabajar en un entorno multicultural, estando en contacto con sus compañeros de Europa, EE.UU.
y Asia-Pacífico.RequisitosTitulación universitaria en Ingeniería Informática, Tecnología de la Información o similar.Al menos 3-5 años de experiencia práctica en administración de SAP Basis, consultoría, supervisión técnica de SAP Basis, operaciones del sistema y gestión del transporte.Familiaridad con los principios de la gestión de proyectos y servicios (ServiceNow, Solution Manager).Se valorarán las certificaciones en el ámbito de SAP y/o gestión de proyectos (PMP, PRINCE2).Alto conocimiento de autorización y administración de usuarios.Resolución de problemas y capacidad para gestionar la complejidad.Mentalidad orientada a resultados y capacidad para traducir los requisitos empresariales en especificaciones informáticas.Disponibilidad para trabajar en un entorno global.Dominio del inglés; se valorarán los conocimientos de alemán.Alto conocimiento de MS Office.
