In this role, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the recruitment process to help Flemish-speaking candidates find their ideal roles in various European countries.
You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, manage the recruitment cycle, and provide tailored support to candidates throughout the application process.

Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview Flemish-speaking candidates for various job vacancies.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Create compelling job descriptions and post vacancies across various platforms.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications for candidates.
Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for talent acquisition.
Requirements Fluency in Flemish and English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
