Como Field Service Engineer , tu misión será garantizar la instalación, el mantenimiento y la reparación de equipos médicos y de diagnóstico en hospitales y laboratorios.
Trabajarás directamente con nuestros clientes para asegurar que los equipos funcionen correctamente y de acuerdo con los estándares de calidad de la compañía.
Tus responsabilidades serán: Coordinarás la instalación y el mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos en hospitales y laboratorios dentro de tu área asignada (principalmente Madrid y alrededores, con viajes ocasionales a otras localidades).
Gestionarás reparaciones técnicas y responderás rápidamente a las incidencias reportadas, asegurando el buen funcionamiento de nuestros equipos.
Proporcionarás soporte técnico a los clientes, incluyendo formación en el uso de los equipos y asistencia en situaciones de emergencia o averías.
Colaborarás con el equipo de atención al cliente para resolver cualquier reclamación o consulta relacionada con los equipos, garantizando una respuesta rápida y eficaz.
Realizarás informes técnicos detallados tras cada intervención y los compartirás con el equipo correspondiente para asegurar el seguimiento adecuado.
Para realizar este trabajo con éxito, buscamos una persona que tenga la capacidad técnica y personal de gestionar las responsabilidades de manera eficiente.
Los requisitos son representativos de los conocimientos, habilidades y formación necesarios para desempeñar el rol de manera satisfactoria.
Requisitos mínimos: Experiencia previa: Al menos una primera experiencia (mínimo 1-2 años) en el mantenimiento e instalación de equipos técnicos o médicos, preferiblemente en el sector de la salud o diagnósticos.
Habilidades técnicas: Conocimiento en el manejo de autoanalizadores, equipos de diagnóstico, o dispositivos similares.
Se valorará positivamente experiencia con sistemas de IT.
Formación académica: Ingeniero técnico o similar, con formación en áreas relacionadas con electrónica, ingeniería biomédica o mecatrónica.
Idiomas: Nivel profesional de inglés, tanto escrito como hablado, ya que la formación y documentación serán en este idioma.
Disponibilidad para viajar: Se requiere disponibilidad para desplazarse dentro de la región asignada (Madrid y alrededores) y asistir a formaciones en Barcelona.
